nanny mcphee

Nanny Mcphee is a very interesting and worth-watch movie. The wart-faced Nanny McPhee, whom the children take for a witch, using her magical powers to deliver a series of five lessons. the lessons that they learned, finally brings them together as a family. they appreciate each other more when they are told that one of them will follow their Great-aunt. what i get from this movie is that we should think before we act and behave. because it is very important.

freedom writers

Based on the movie that you had watched,

1) What do you think of the movie? Explain about the
a) The 203 students live and attitude.
b) The teacher, Miss Erin Gruwell.
c) The school's environment.

Freedom writer is a very interesting abd worth-watch movie. It tells me things that I do not know and give me some values in my life. First of all, this movie is about 203 students life and attitude. As they are all from the lower level of family, they are quite rude and has no respect to others. They are not treated as a real students because of their background. They live in a very poor environment. They involve in gang and live their life as how they want it without any direction. For them, it's all about surviving.

Secondly, the teacher, Miss Erin Gruwell. She is a very determine and strong person. She is also brave to fight the right. It can be seen when she is willing to do extra work for the sake of making changes to her students. She bought the text books by herself. It is not for her but for her students. She tried to make some change, a very meaningful one. She also have to choose between her own life or her students life. Which she has to let go her husband to give some support to her students.

Last but not least, the school environment. We can see that the school environment is very uncontrollable and the students are a bit out of control. But after Miss Erin Gruwell came, she change the environment and she brings all the students together. No more fights, no more violence, no more fear.

the grave of the fireflies

1. What do you think of the story?
2. If you were the boy, Seita, what would you do to help yourself and the sister, Setsuko?
3. If you were given the chance to recreate this story, what would be the ending?

The Grave of The Fireflies is a really sad story. It shows how a young boy, Seita, survive and willing to do everything to save his sister, Setsuko. It takes place on the war time. I'm so proud with Seita and I personally think that in our world now, there is no more brother that love his sister that much and willing to do everything fo the sake of his sister. He is a very strong and responsible young boy.

If I were Seita, I would take my sister, Setsuko, earlier to see the doctor. Because she is too small and for sure she couldn't bare so much pain. Maybe I will go to the bank and withdraw all the money that I have and give it to the doctor to save my sister's life. In addition, I will get some healthy food for us to live.

If I were given the chance to recreate the story, I will make it a happy ending story because, after a hard time that he faced, he should get some honored from anyone. Maybe I will make him live longer and get some money and support from others because of his braveness and the strong that he has.

it is life

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's how hard you get hit and keep standing. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and ain't you. You are better than that! peace yaww

p/s: nobody can go back and start a new begining but everyone can start today and make a new ending.
